With the Fontcase typesetter you can; by dragging fonts from your library on the typesetter window Fontcase will substitute the fonts directly.

The Fontcase Viewer for iOS (Available in the App Store for $0.99) displays high-quality font previews of the fonts you select in Fontcase on the Mac.
Your iPhone will show a paragraph of body text in portrait mode or a header display in landscape view and the iPad will always give you a complete overview of the font.
We’re very pleased announce that a new update to Fontcase is finally available. This is just a minor update but fixes a few common annoyances;
Font importing is more stable Font activation is more reliable with uncommon font formats Deactivating fonts will no longer prompt for an administrator password Retina assets have been added for most of the UI Fontcase is now fully Sandboxed
It’s been this last step that has taken us – and Apple – months. We’ve been through a long series of submissions, rejections, and resubmissions and I want to apologise to all our users that it took such a long time.
However as we’re now fully sandboxed and up to date with all the latest stuff, I hope we can once again move forward at an acceptable pace.
