Duplifinder finds duplicate photos and videos in your iPhoto Library. It can add the duplicates to an album in iPhoto, or move the duplicates directly to the iPhoto Trash.

Note: Duplifinder finds exact duplicates and, in the case of JPEGs, photos which have duplicate image data even if the "metadata" are different. Duplifinder will not identify as duplicates images which have been resized or modified in other ways.

Duplifinder finds the duplicate photos and videos in your iPhoto Library.

It shows you each original with its duplicate(s):
Double-click on a photo to select it in iPhoto. This helps with evaluating which duplicate to delete.
Select a photo (or multiple photos) and press the Delete key to immediately move them to the Trash in iPhoto.
Click "Move all duplicates to iPhoto Trash" to move all but the first item in each grouping to the Trash.

Please Note: Duplifinder only finds exact duplicates, much like iPhoto does when you try to import duplicates. It will not match photos that are different size, cropped versions of other photos, "enhanced" or modified photos, etc.
